Originating from Northern Thailand, it is traditionally cooked out using only stock rather than coconut milk, adding to this fiery curry’s intensity. Our Jungle paste is seasoned to taste salty, spicy and bitter. We like to serve it with prawns or braised beef and packed full of fresh herbs.
