Often hidden away in New Zealand’s native forests, the delicate white flowers of the Kānuka tree are loved by our bees. From it they produce this aromatic honey. Delicious and delicate, golden Kānuka honey is smooth in texture with a sweet, crisp and floral taste and a hint of butterscotch. It is lighter in colour than our Mānuka honeys.
