Fleur de Sel is extracted from seawater and comes with a fine, delicate flake structure and a mild taste. It is considered one of the most delicious salts in the world.
In the Messolonghi region it is called "Afrina". Here, in the west of Greece, it has been elaborately collected by hand in a lagoon for centuries and is not refined. A very special taste experience!
