The particularly thin skin of our golden figs, give the fruit a soft texture.
Aromas of local herbs. Ingeniously sweet and complex. One tastes, the already mentioned, soft and thin skin of this variety of fig, at the same time the grains give a certain crunchiness.
Figs are nutritious and provide fiber, minerals and antioxidants.
We do not particularly like the word "superfood", we just say : these figs are fruity, aromatic and simply good !
These figs have seen neither sulfur, nor preservatives. And, of course, no chemical fertilizer.
