Also called Indian verbena, lemongrass is an essential ingredient in Cambodian, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
With an intense lemon scent, the lemongrass powder can be used directly to flavor a broth, a curry, a fish or chicken papillote, cakes or fruit salads. It is also used in fish marinades or on grilled meats.
