Taste of Dorset! Dorset Naga was developed years ago from the seed of Bangladeshi Naga by Joy and Micheal at Sea Spring Seeds Dorchester. It was the hottest chilli in the world 2006. Living in Dorset we are lucky enough to have these amazingly fresh Dorset Naga on our doorstep.
The first flavour is floral, harmless and a little bit earthy. I’m just having a little swallow and I feel like going down on the back of my neck, getting hot bottom lip and ears. Now starting to get warm and tingly so quick, my tongue standing on end now. Really really rich body with Dorset Naga flavours. It’s starting to get crazy hot and this one is an absolute beauty, wonderful!
Ideal with crispy tofu, tempura vegetable, garlic grilled portobello mushrooms and a strong goat cheese will all go perfectly with this sauce! Oh and I forgot about a great medium-rare steak!
