An elegant sauce made with Lemon Aji, Habanada, Yellow Friar's Hat, Trinidad Yellow Perfume, Yellow Habanero and Fatalii Yellow. Fermented since last year. Very smooth and well balanced, medium heat with lovely fruitiness. Absolutely ideal with grilled meat, fish dishes or even with extra virgin rapeseed oil as a salad dressing.
