2 Fingers was founded by Ricky Panesar as a progressive street food pop-up concept in search of the Holy Grail - The Ultimate Fish Finger Sandwich Experience! As 2 Fingers expanded, it has gone on to develop a fully extended retro dining experience, showcasing a pescatarian based food menu, structured around the concept of ‘sharing between friends’. 2 Fingers tartare sauces proved popular with customers and friends alike, which led to calls for it to be made available as a stand-alone product. 2 Fingers has featured on the UK’s festival circuit and at long-term pop-up residencies, including the award-winning Sunday Lunch Club residency at the Beast of Brixton (2016/17), and ‘The Quest for the Best Sandwich’ for Shortlist Magazine (2017).
